John Crow Farm produces a variety of pasture-raised poultry, grass-fed meat and beyond organic vegetables. (By "beyond organic," we mean zero chemicals are used on our fields...for a full list of chemicals that the USDA sanctions for "Organic" farms, see here: § 205.601 Synthetic substances allowed for use in organic crop production. Organic ain't the organic it used to be.)

EGGS: Araucanas, Rhode Island Reds, New Hampshire Reds, Red Stars, Plymouth Rocks and Barred Rocks.

POULTRY: Cornish Rock Cross Chicken; Turkeys (Domestic or Heritage); Quail; Partridge; Pheasant; Duck (Pekin, Rouen, Campbells, Blue Swedes); and Goose (Toulouse).

MEAT: Pork, Beef, Lamb; all cuts; variety of specialty sausages.

VEGETABLES: Broad variety of veggies for retail at our stand in Groton and for our Veggie CSA. We grow everything from broccoli to arugula to sugar snap peas.
